MELSOFT MaiLab replaces human “intuition” and “experience” with digital technology, making it easy to incorporate into control systems. It is a data science tool that further improves manufacturing.

Mitsubishi Electric has dramatically improved this challenge with a 3D simulator that enables verification of lines and equipment in digital space. We visualize the “results” before startup.

SA1-III enables total factory monitoring/control from power receiving and distribution to production lines and utilities. We offer systems tailored to customer needs and objectives.

As a first step in solving manufacturing challenges, we offer visualization of the manufacturing process. We support systems from a single PLC to large-scale systems with multiple PLCs connected. We can also offer remote monitoring, coupling of PLC data and images, and other solutions to meet your needs.

In collaboration with Arrow7 Co., Ltd., we have co-developed a measurement system (VibCatchR) that supports a sampling frequency of 500 kHz for wide bandwidth measurements with RoboSensor. By using a dedicated vibration measurement terminal (VIT-100R), FFT analysis at 200 kHz is also possible. We plan to continue developing software for wireless transmission of measurement data for analysis/control.
