Information Security Fundamental Policy

RYODEN Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company“) is committed to information security according to the following policy to protect information assets entrusted by our customers and business partners, as well as the information assets held by the Company, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to meet the trust and confidence of our customers and society.

  1. Responsibility of Management
    The Company will work systematically and continuously to improve and enhance information security under the leadership of its management.

  2. Establishing an Internal Structure
    The Company will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security and define information security measures as formal internal regulations.

  3. Employee Engagement
    The employees of the Company will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for information security and maintain their commitment to information security.

  4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
    The Company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security and meet our customers’ expectations.

  5. Response to Violations and Incidents
    The Company will appropriately address violations of information security laws, breaches of contracts and incidents, and strive to prevent recurrence.

  6. Awareness and Public Disclosure of the Fundamental Policy
    This information security policy will be communicated to all employees of the Company Group, and we will educate and increase awareness of employees to ensure its implementation.
    The information security policy will also be made publicly available through printed materials and electronic documents.
