RYODEN Corporation has received a B score in two areas — climate change and water security — from CDP, a non-profit organization that operates an international environmental disclosure system.

In the area of climate change, we maintained our B score for the third consecutive year. In the area of water security, we also received a B score, which is a two-level improvement over last year’s rating. A B score is considered as “management level”, indicating that the company has “addressed the environmental impacts of their business and ensured good environmental management.” RYODEN Corporation is pleased to accept this evaluation as a recognition of our efforts to address climate change, such as obtaining Science Based Targets (SBT) certification, an international greenhouse gas emissions reduction target, as well as our expanded disclosures on water management.
At RYODEN, we view coexistence with the global environment as an important issue. We are committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and providing environment-friendly products and services. Recognizing our dependence and impact on natural capital, we will continue to promote these initiatives and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
