  • Gocator is an all-in-one 3D smart sensor that can perform 3D dimensional measurement and acceptance determination using image processing only with the main unit. With a web server built into the main unit, it allows all settings, image processing, and other programming to be performed from a browser. It also incorporates a controller function, making it possible to directly output measurement and pass/fail results from the main unit. The high-resolution camera and high-intensity laser output enable detection of objects such as tires and wood, which require a wide field of view due to low light reflectance. Models with blue laser output are also capable of inspecting highly reflective metal surfaces.

  • RoboSensor is a wire-type sensor that has the potential to detect what conventional accelerometers or AE sensors cannot measure. It enables measurement of frequencies below 10 Hz and above 20 Hz, which are undetectable with conventional accelerometers, and underwater vibrations. It is resistant to electromagnetic noise and, not detecting moments of inertia, is also capable of measuring vibrations of objects involving moments of inertia, thereby enabling elevator vibration measurements, whereas conventional accelerometers are, in principle, incapable of measuring vibrations of elevators, because they are unable to prevent the generation of noise derived from the moment of inertia. Its wire-type shape allows it to be wrapped around curved surfaces for installation. With a wide bandwidth, it is applicable to predictive maintenance of various facilities and quality inspections using ultrasonic cleaners/sealers. 1.
