As a result of this investment and partnership, we will integrate our remote monitoring solution for mice and pests, Pescle, developed in Japan, with Microshare’s EverSmart™Pest by combining our “video/image AI analysis technology” and “camera solutions” with Microshare’s platform. This collaboration will leverage Microshare’s established sales network in Europe and the United States, enhancing the competitive advantages of both companies and maximizing global business opportunities.
Through this partnership, we aim to deliver comprehensive remote monitoring of nuisance wildlife and pests on a global scale, and by enabling data-driven, high-level decision-making, accelerate the digital transformation (DX) of the pest control industry.

▶ About the rodent and pest remote monitoring solution “Pescle”
A subscription-based service that uses AI and IoT to remotely monitor nuisance wildlife and pests, supporting the creation of a sustainable hygienic environment.
Adoption is expanding especially in markets where strict hygiene management is required, such as food manufacturing and pharmaceutical plants. To date, over 2,000 camera sensors have remained in operation for more than three years since launch.
Backed by this abundant track record and high-reliability technology, Pescle enables early detection and root-cause analysis of pest and nuisance wildlife events, improving the quality of Pest Control on site and reducing labor.
